Write to developer@apochopo.com any time. We usually reply within 2–3 business days. Please include your account email, your device and app version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

계정을 삭제하고 싶어요.
How do I delete my account?
앱에서 설정 > 계정 > 회원 탈퇴를 누르면 즉시 삭제됩니다. 계정과 학습 기록이 데이터베이스에서 함께 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없어요. 앱을 지운 뒤라 설정 화면에 들어갈 수 없다면 계정 및 데이터 삭제 페이지의 안내를 따라 메일로 요청해 주세요.
In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. Your account and learning history are erased immediately and cannot be restored. If you already removed the app, request deletion by email from the account deletion page.
진도가 다른 기기에서 안 보여요.
My progress is missing on another device.
학습 기록은 계정에 저장되므로 같은 이메일로 로그인하면 어느 기기에서든 이어집니다. 두 기기가 서로 다른 계정으로 로그인되어 있지 않은지 먼저 확인해 주세요. 동기화는 인터넷에 연결된 상태에서 진행되니, 비행기 모드나 오프라인에서 푼 레슨은 다시 접속했을 때 올라갑니다.
Progress is stored on your account — sign in with the same email and it follows you. Check that both devices use the same account; lessons finished offline sync the next time you are online.
하트가 부족해요.
I ran out of hearts.
하트는 틀릴 때마다 하나씩 줄고, 시간이 지나면 자동으로 회복됩니다. 앱을 닫아 둔 동안에도 회복되니 잠시 뒤 다시 열어보세요. 이미 푼 레슨을 다시 풀 때는 하트가 줄지 않습니다.
Hearts refill automatically over time, even while the app is closed. Replaying a lesson you have already finished never costs hearts.
비밀번호를 잊었어요.
I forgot my password.
로그인 화면의 “비밀번호 찾기”에서 가입한 이메일을 넣으면 재설정 링크를 보내드립니다. 메일이 오지 않으면 스팸함을 확인해 주세요.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
소리나 읽어주기가 안 나와요.
I hear no sound or text-to-speech.
기기의 무음 스위치와 볼륨을 먼저 확인하고, 앱의 설정 > 소리에서 효과음과 읽어주기가 켜져 있는지 봐주세요. 읽어주기는 기본적으로 온라인 AI 음성을 쓰므로, 연결이 불안정하면 기기 내장 음성으로 자동 전환됩니다.
Check the silent switch and volume, then Settings > Sound in the app. Text-to-speech falls back to the device voice when the network is unavailable.
내 코스에 나오는 인물을 바꾸고 싶어요.
Can I change the people in my course?
가입할 때 고른 취향으로 코스가 만들어집니다. 취향을 다시 고르고 싶으면 문의 메일로 알려주세요 — 코스를 다시 만들어 드립니다(이미 쌓은 XP와 연속 학습일은 유지됩니다).
Your course is built from the tastes you picked at sign-up. Email us to have it rebuilt; your XP and streak are kept.
