Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the iOS application "Today's Workout" (the "Service") provided by apochopo Inc. (주식회사 아포초포) (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users. The Korean version of these Terms is the authoritative text; this English version is provided for your convenience.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Service — the iOS app and widgets that read sleep, heart rate, heart-rate variability, temperature and workout data recorded in Apple Health (HealthKit), compare them on your device with your personal baseline, and tell you how recovered you are today and how much exercise suits you, together with all related features.
User — a person who uses the Service under these Terms. Every analysis feature works without an account.
Account — an optional identifier you create with an email address and password.
Readiness score — the condition indicator and exercise suggestion calculated on your device and shown to you.
Article 3 (Posting and amendment of these Terms)
We post these Terms where users can easily see them: on this page and in the app's settings screen.
We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
When we amend these Terms we state the changes, their effective date and the reason, and announce them in the app or on this page at least 7 days before the effective date. Amendments unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days in advance.
If we have clearly stated that a user who does not object by the effective date is deemed to accept, and the user does not expressly object, the user is deemed to have accepted. A user who does not accept may terminate by deleting the app or the account.
Article 4 (Formation of the agreement; accounts)
The agreement is formed when you install the app and accept these Terms.
Creating an account is optional. Readiness scoring, exercise recommendations, the weekly report, widgets and notifications all work without one. An account is created with an email address and password and exists only so you can stay signed in across devices.
The Service is intended for people aged 14 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and if we learn that an account belongs to such a child we verify and delete it without delay. Guardians may write to contact@developer.com.
You are responsible for your account and password and must not let a third party use them. If you learn of misuse, reset your password immediately or tell us.
Article 5 (What the Service provides)
Today's condition — a 1-to-5 indicator comparing last night's sleep, heart rate, HRV and wrist temperature with your personal baseline
Today's workout — suggested minimum, optimal and maximum exercise load and type, with the reasoning behind it
Weekly report — sleep graph, sleep debt and training-load index
Widgets and local notifications — today's score and recommendation on your home screen, and a reminder at a time you choose
All calculation happens on your iPhone. We operate no server that receives health data, and every notification is generated locally on the device.
Article 6 (Apple Health data)
The app reads only the data types you explicitly allow on the Apple Health permission screen. Permissions are per-type and can be revoked at any time; the app still runs if you decline (those types simply do not feed the score).
The only thing we write to Apple Health is a nap you enter yourself, saved as a single sleep-analysis sample at the moment you tap save. We never modify or delete existing records.
Health data and everything derived from it never leave your device — not to any server, not to iCloud. Signing in changes nothing: accounts and health data are not linked.
Deleting the app deletes the derived health data on the device. The original records in Apple Health are unaffected and remain under your control in the Apple Health app.

Article 7 (Medical disclaimer)
Today's Workout is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any disease. The readiness score and exercise suggestions are general wellness information to consider when deciding how hard to train or whether to rest. They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
Always consult a healthcare professional about your health or before acting on any concern. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something the app showed you.
If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting or any other emergency symptom, do not check the app — contact emergency services immediately.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or otherwise have limits on physical activity, consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme.
The app relies on values supplied by Apple Health and your wearable, which are subject to measurement error, and no score is produced for nights when you did not wear the device.
Article 8 (Fees)
As at the effective date of these Terms every feature is free and we charge users nothing.
If we introduce paid features, we will disclose the name, contents, price, term and any auto-renewal before payment and take payment only with your agreement. Turning an existing free feature into a paid one follows the 30-day unfavourable-amendment procedure in Article 3.
Any paid feature would be sold through Apple App Store in-app purchase only, so billing, refunds and subscription cancellation follow Apple's policies and procedures. Users have the right of withdrawal under Article 17 of Korea's E-Commerce Act; any statutory restriction on that right is disclosed before payment.
Article 9 (Intellectual property)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service, its software, screen design, explanatory text and illustrations belong to the Company or the rightful owner.
You may use the Service for your own personal purposes. Without our prior written consent you may not copy, distribute or sell it, or create derivative works for commercial use.
Your health data and everything derived from it belong to you. We do not collect it, so we neither use, analyse nor sell it.
Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch and HealthKit are trademarks of Apple Inc. This Service is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Article 10 (User obligations and prohibited conduct)
Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the software, or copying or distributing it without permission
Accessing the Service by automated means or otherwise interfering with its operation
Using another person's account, or creating an account with false information
Presenting information from the Service to a third party as a basis for medical diagnosis or prescription
Any other act contrary to applicable law or these Terms
Where a user breaches the above we may, after prior notice, restrict use or terminate the agreement; a serious breach may be restricted immediately. A user may object within 14 days of the notice.
Article 11 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
We may change features, screens and calculation methods to improve quality. A material reduction or discontinuation of a feature is announced in advance under Article 3.
Account features may be suspended temporarily because of our authentication provider, maintenance or connectivity problems. On-device readiness calculation and display are unaffected in that case.
If a change to iOS or Apple Health makes a data type unreadable, we may continue calculating without it or adjust the feature accordingly.
We may discontinue all or part of the Service, in which case we give notice in the app or on this page at least 30 days beforehand.
Article 12 (Account deletion and termination)
You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account; the account and profile are removed from the database immediately. You may also write to contact@developer.com (please send from the address you registered with so we can verify you).
Deleting the app deletes the derived health data on the device, which is separate from account deletion. To remove both, delete the account first and then the app.
Deleted accounts and derived data cannot be restored.
Article 13 (Limitation of liability)
The Service is a wellness reference tool and does not guarantee any particular training outcome or health improvement.
We are not liable for physical injury arising from exercise or other activity you undertake with reference to information in the Service. This does not apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence.
We are not liable where we cannot provide the Service for reasons beyond our control, such as acts of God, war or national emergency, a carrier outage, or a failure at Apple or our authentication provider.
We are not liable for interruptions or loss attributable to a user's own fault, such as a lost device, poor account or password management, or declined health permissions.
This Article does not apply where applicable law does not permit our liability to be limited.
Article 14 (Personal data)
We collect only the minimum personal data needed to provide the Service (if you create an account: email address, password hash and display language). Its handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Health data is not collected.
Article 15 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Where a dispute arises, both parties will consult in good faith. If consultation fails, a user may apply for mediation to the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee.
Litigation is brought before the court having jurisdiction under Korea's Civil Procedure Act. Where a user's address or residence is unclear, or the user lives outside Korea, the Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction.
